Foodservice B2B Study: Coconut based ingredients understanding across Horeca channel

Business Issue

Our client, an established coconut products brand would like to understand the needs and wants of Horeca channel. There is need to measure business opportunities, product demands, product usage toward HORECA market

Our Approach

We conducted in-depth interviews with decision makers such as chefs and purchasing managers across several Horeca channels in Jakarta and Bali (hotel, restaurants, and beach clubs). We tried to get understanding about their purchasing flow and the usage of coconut-based ingredients.

Outcome and Project Impact

We got a comprehensive understanding on usage and behavior for coconut water in Horeca channel. We also identify potential link to reach out to key decision makers through local and national gathering events for Horeca channel.
