It has been more than two years since Illuminate Asia's last outing, so 21 of our Indonesian team were very excited to go to Garut, West Java on 28-29 October 2022. They stayed at Kebun Mawar Situhapa with its beautiful rose garden and had a short trek to Kampung Naga, a traditional village that still adheres to their traditional customs and roots.
The outing was also a great opportunity to upgrade the team’s knowledge through trainings on analytical and creative thinking. Of course, we had a blast with fun team building sessions too!
