Since joining Illuminate Asia in 2022, Silvi has discovered her interest in consumer research to grow deeper. Her journey began as an intern during her final year as a Psychology student. Throughout her time in the company, she got the opportunity to dive into both qualitative and quantitative teams to understand consumer behaviour and gain meaningful insights.
She was able to apply her academic knowledge into practice, from developing discussion guides and questionnaires - to conducting interviews and analyzing the data. She also got the chance to learn and take part in new challenges, including assisting her seniors in semiotics, as well as conducting competitor analysis and various UX research.
Now, as a member of the Quantitative and Syndicated Product team, she is excited to expand her skills, gain new opportunities and make impactful contributions. Her curiosity extends beyond her workplace into her spare time, where she likes to read books and watch YouTube videos to unwind and broaden her understanding.
